I've always loved to cook, especially something sweet. I can remember the delicious smells from my mother’s kitchen and also from my Grandmother's.

When I was a little girl the most exciting part of my birthday party was when my mother would bring out the home made birthday cake. I remember it like it was yesterday and use this as inspiration for each new creation today.

I love the look on a client’s face when when delivering an order and they see the their dream cake for the first time. It takes me back to my childhood every time.

All cakes are baked from scratch, from only the freshest ingredients. I love to create something unique. Cakes are made specially for each order so that they're delivered lovely and fresh.

Working closely with my clients, I detail with them how they would like their finished product to look. Each aspect is discussed thoroughly to ensure what you see in your mind is presented at the end of the process.

At the end of the day, I believe a cake must not only look sensational it should taste sensational, and that is what I do.
